Project Owner: BUILD

This is currently a volunteer or internship program. Interns wishing to be paid are asked to apply through their relative workforce development organizations and/or programs.

Makersville is a program of the Makersville Services 501c3 non profit.

The Build Long Beach in LEGO Bricks intends to gather those who are drawn to LEGO bricks as a creative environment. The project owner will organize competitions to develop the BUILD: presence in the Long Beach community and Southern California.

You will research those who are interested in LEGO bricks, arrange events (establish digital registration for the event, seek out individuals to participate in the competition and determine the prizes for the competition. ) You will host the events, supported by the Makersville community. You will be responsible for the website, social media and in person outreach at the Makersville studio and at community events such as art walks and holiday celebrations.

Events will be both paid and free events, and will be stand-alone or subsets of other events.
