Linda has sewn since the age of 11. After winning a contest for construction and design and being awarded outstanding design student at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA, she earned a Fashion Design Certificate. Linda has worked at the South Coast Repertory Theatre, Ballet Pacifica, UCI Costume Shop and the ‘Babylon 5’ Sci-fi series. She was the owner of a boutique, the ‘Artisan’s Lair’ for ten years. Artisan’s Lair featured many local artists, as well as specialty alterations. Her items were featured in Belle Armoire, Altered Couture, Haute Handbags and Somerset Wedding magazines. She has taught sewing to home school students and as a maker in Makersville.
